You directly provide Cotswold Expeditions Ltd with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or place an order for any of the products or services. 
• Photograph or video any member of your party (with your express consent) using appropriate devices such as a smart phone.
• Voluntarily completed customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email. 
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. 
• Cotswold Expeditions Ltd may capture your online Zoom interactions during expeditions.

Cotswold Expeditions Ltd collects your data so that we can:

• Process your order, manage your account and monitor purchases made from Cotswold Expeditions Ltd.

• Share videos and photographs taken of any member of your party (with your express consent) with media organizations who may be interested, both in the United Kingdom and overseas. 

• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

• Send you our Newsletter via email, plus annual greetings card (with your express consent).

• Pass on to the catering venue your dietary special requirements and that of any accompanying pets.

If you agree, Cotswold Expeditions Ltd may share your data with our partner companies so that they may show and offer you their products and services.

How do we store your data?

Cotswold Expeditions Ltd securely stores your data. We may keep your name, address, contact details and images for a five-year period commencing from the first date of engagement. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
